Exterior Paint Colour Advice Required

    Hi there - wasn't sure whether to post here or in the Construction and Planning forum, but mods can move as appropriate. Just wondering if anyone has any advice regarding external paint colour for our house. New house just being built, but chimneys have to be painted next week - much sooner than I had thought I'd need to make decision. House is old style - kinda georgian and will have sliding sash windows, etc. Not keen on white or yellow/cream, and had been thinking about grey, but have now ordered cream windows (nicer looking than pure white) and am afraid cream will clash with grey walls.... Problem is I have to chose paint colour before seeing the windows in situ....
    Has anyone seen a house with cream windows and paint other than cream? Or have any of you a house with cream and grey...and does it work?
    I know this is a very 'opiniony' question, but said I'd ask anyway.
    Thanks

    Personally I wouldn't like grey, but having said that it would depend on what shade - it might work.
    If you're definitely steering clear of creams, I quite like the pale green 'Silk Tree', or 'Mid Stone' here;

    Thanks Dizzy - I like Midstone...it seems we don't have to chose now - he said he can paint them from loader again later if needs be. Grey of plaster will let us see what 'grey' looks like and can paint over if needs be.
    Thanks anyway
