Tomato rot???

    Hi Folks,

I've planted my first veg this on a tiny plot (3' x 15'), it's not been overly successful but that's all part of the process.

My tomatos, which I've grown indoors by the patio window have grown quite nicely. However, they all have a bit of 'rot' (sorry, don't know what else to describe it as!)

At the bottom of the tomato, in the centre there is a recessed area which is rotten in the middle. When you cut it open, the rot extends upwards into the core ( but doesn't reach the top/ stalk area).

Has anyone come across thsi before? What's causing it?

The plants were grown from B & Q seeds, so is it suspect quality?

    Thank you,

    Rich

Blossom end rot. Unlikely to be anything to do with the seed, more likely to be inconsistent watering.
