Are there lockers for your books anywhere in dcu so you wont have to be hauling the books to and fro???

Or you could just carry them - its not like secondary school, you dont exactly have 10 books a day

Yeah I only know of one person in my whole time in DCU to get a locker. And I think then it was used for storing flippin' SCUBA gear...

There are lockers, but the only people that use them are science, they are actually mandatory or they where in my first year. Just easier to keep your lab coat and equipment right across from the lab.

The lockers go very fast, so if you want a good one be sure to sign up for it on the day, or you may end up having it in the gratten (if your not science thats just ick). I missed out on a locker and ended up sharing with someone there big enough for it.

also if you get a red lock and just put it on a locker they wont know >.>

op, get used to paying money for little things to dcu...think it is gonna cost 15yo-yo for a replacement student card next year...

Yeah don't bother with a locker and in fact don't bother with books.
You will only need them when you are studying. Complete waste of
time to be bringing them to class.

Don't go and buy them either, they are all in the library (multiple copies)
for free. I didn't know any better and bought books in first year. After
that never bought one again. :)

Only book I would recommend is the marketing book as you need it for case studies...bout 2 ppl buy it every year...I was one...helped a tonne as they all disappear from the library when you want them...
