Looking at the map here: http://www.nra.ie/RoadSchemeActivity/WaterfordCityCouncil/N25WaterfordCityBypass/Map,15399,en.pdf , it seems to be at the eastern extremity of the bypass.

Really are you sure? I go from cork to Wexford regularly &the last time was Monday afternoon and I didn't see anything new.

The new bridge over the river Suir has no cables yet and the new connecting road to the bypass from Kilmeaden has not been connected to the present N25 (nor does it look likely it will be soon as they were digging it up again when I drove passed)

There is a new huge roundabout in place with a very small section of dual carriageway leading of it (traffic restricted to one lane each way & when I say small I mean less than 100m). This is located where the bypass will end and turn back into the old N25 about 5mins out of Waterford on the way to Newross. This place is teaming with road works and a 50km/hr speed limit is in place.

Other than that I heard it would be june next year at the earlyist.
