I am trying to burn a bootable disk from a .dmg but I need to do it on my PC as my Macs drive hasn't got a burner. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Are you sure a .DMG disk will contain a boot sector?

I've been doing some searching and some people have suggested converting it to an ISO or using specific programs like Transmac.

I think I'd trust your opinions more though :p

have you the DMGs already? are they bootable?

if YES and YES, then off to Disk Utility with you!!

    - Images menu, choose Convert
    - Select your DMG and select DVD/CD Master as your desired format
    - let it do its thing!!
    - you'll end up with a .cdr file - simple replace the cdr extension with iso and you should be good to go on your windows programme of choice.
