NTL Cable box being weird?

    I have a number of ntl boxes in my house. For some reason, the only in my living room, when set up with favourites, it does not work like the others. In my room, I select my favourite channels, they turn yellow, and then when I'm browsing, the favourite yellow ones show up first in the menu, and then you get the rest when you get past the favourites. However with the box in my living room they show in normal order, some yellow some white.

    How do I fix this does anyone know?

    Menu>>>settings>>>set favourites,box on right hand side of the screen has an option to change the channel order...favourites first\keep original order. For boxes with the older EPG.
