I'd suggest you contact Adult Education places and places that offer evening courses. Not all of these are online, but check local schools or check out sites like nightcourses.com

was loking for the same thing, or even some good books!!

Although for me Lámh (sign, specifically modified for people with intellectual disabilities) would possibly even be better!!
