    Hey all,

Could a helpful, bored person spec me up a good gaming PC, following these guidelines:

    - Have €850 to spend (give or take €50!)
    - Need to include an OS in this (Vista 64?)
    - Want to pay using my credit card so Hardwareversand is out I guess
    - If pre-built is an option I'll go for it as I just don't fancy going through the build process myself, but if I have to that is ok
    - Obviously as powerful as possible; probably won't be over-clocking it though and have no clue about SLI or Crossfire so just 1 graphic card will be needed to start

Thanks to anyone who can help :)

Hardwareversand isnt neccesarily out. I know they only take money orders from ireland but you can send a money order using your credit card afaik.

Which of the ankermann pcs would you go for? This one:

    INTEL Core 2 Quad Q9450 2.67GHz | ASUS P5N-D nForce 750i SLI
    NVidia GeForce 9800GTX 512MB | 750GB SATA2 HDD Samsung
    4GB 800MHz RAM Kingston | LG GH20LS 20x DVD-RW SecurDisc
Realtek ALC888 7.1 Audio | Gigabit Ethernet LAN DSL Ready

for €749 seems alright, but is the graphics card beefy enough for the price you're paying?

Yeah I'm a big fan of the Quads but I would be getting an AMD 4850 instead of the 9800 to save a good bit but i cant see any way of removing it.

I have the Q6600 package but the MSI board is pretty **** and I wouldn't
have got it if I had more money.

Is that the one with the chassis with the 3 temp monitors in it?
Good price and the card is well capable of gaming.

This and the quadcore for 329 are about the best value you can possibly get without going to hardwareversand..

If you are unsure about the 9800gtx read a review..

Also a good thing is to try and spec up the same PC on an Irish site and see what it comes to..

It looks good all you have to add is an OS.
