The 'Help me pick a picture for the book' Thread

I'm aware that this could get messy, but here goes:

The book idea seems to have really taken off, though some people are a little confused as to which picture they should submit to the book. So I've set up this thread to help people make a decision. It's not set in stone just to help people make a decision.

It works like this:
You may submit only THREE pictures in your post. You must label them #1, #2 and #3. Then you look at the three posts previous to yours and pick ONE picture from these three posters pictures and give a brief explanation why. So for example upon posting my three pics, I would scroll down and see that say, Thonda, Dragan and challengemaster have posted three pictures.
I would write:

Thonda: #2
Dragan: #3
Challengemaster: #2

Bear in mind, it's nothing serious. Just a bit of fun and hopefully, it will help somebody!

Would it not be better if the Mods created a sub forum, then ppl who wanted could put up a selection of their pics and create a poll, would imagine this would get very messy as you said!

I think this would be the easiest option.

I think I would like the freedom to put my favourite photo on rather than someone else picking the photo I have to put up (even if it was one of mine). Have i picked it up wrong ? ,

I'm with you on this, so only put up one photo - your choice.

is the idea behind this for those who can't or haven't decided which photo they want in the book? like you dont have to submit 3 photos in this thread if you know yourself which one you like best and find is your best photo for the book.

Firstly, mods cant just create a sub-forum out of thin air. Only admins can create fora. Which means going to the forums forum and applying for the forum, and since its only going to be temporary..therefore could be seen as pointless, and will probably be rejected. Also how often are the admins online with spare time..

labbad: I think this is just an idea if you're unsure of your best, and want peoples opinions to help you narrow down your choices and suss out which is your best. Obviously you're completly open to take it on board, or not, just like C&C almost.

Yea challengemaster thats it, I would be happy enough with that, I'm not long at this and don't have a huge selection of photos to work with, it's a good idea as long as a person can decide for themselves what they want to do.

Don't think there is a need for a Sub-Forum, surely it could be put under "Photo Challenge"?

A sub forum is pretty much just another forum, so same process for getting one..
