Retrieving deleted mobile voice messages and texts

Does anyone know if there is a way of retrieving deleted text and voice messages on a Siemens C45 phone? 02 is the provider and they can't help.

Text and voice msgs are different.

Voice msgs - this is server side. If O2 say no then no. So you can't restore them.

Text msgs - this is phone or SIM. Unless you find some special tools the chances of doing this are very slim as SMS storage on some phones and SIMs is very limited the memory has probably been overwritten anyway.
