    this service is rubbish........ it is down more than its up and when it is up only half the channels work the rest are pixelated..........get sky instead if you want digital.

    Sounds more like you've got a bad signal and are missing certain multiplexes (groups of channels).

    Call UPC and tell them to sort it out or, remove the service.

    i have it in carlow town and it is fine. now and again it stops for a second or two, apart from that i have never had any problems

    exact same problem, and we rang customer care, they said they would send someone out last friday. nobody came.
    disgraceful service, half channels dont work. bad interference.
    we had people out before to 'fix' the problem. nothing works.

    lately the some of the channels arent even working at all much less be heavily pixelated.... on average about 70% of the channels work on a good day

    we have now had to get rid of this chorus service. the hassel was to much.(have to give 30 days notice to chorus)

    It's pretty simple, they're contractually obliged to provide the service. If you cannot watch tv and they're not prepared to do anything to remedy the situation in a reasonable time frame, then you should not be paying for the service.

    30-days notice is utter nonsense in that kind of situation. They failed to supply the service, the contract's void.
