Amount of hours depends on your subjects. I did French and it had way more hours than any other subject I did. I think I had around 23hours or so in 1st year...

Email the faculty. Although there is still just under two weeks until you begin so they may still be finalising it.

As elefant said, your hours will depend on your subjects.
