Not sure but I think you might you can get a few on Youtube. I know for sure you can get Seán Óg O'Hailpín's amazing ..."is fada an turas ó Fiji go Chorcaigh" speech from when Cork lifted the Liam McCarthy a few years back. Not a Cork fan but I do remember the occasion with great pride.

That was something really, really special which one would hope would be inspirational in terms of the "teanga" being accepted as something anyone, despite the best efforts of the Dept of Ed, can learn if it is fostered properly.

Is dócha go mbeidh an comhairle sin ...... eh ... useful !

Tóg go bog é ar an turas

Ní raibh mé in ann aon rud a aimsiú ach oiread. Seo m'iarracht féin:

A Uachtaráin na hÉireann, Máire Uasail Mhic Ghiolla Íosa, agus d’fhear céile Máirtín, Uachtarán Cumann Lúthchleas Gael - Seán Ó Ceallaigh, agus an mhuintir dhílis Chorcaí, seo chugaibh Corn Mhic Cárthaigh don dara bliain as a chéile!
Seo í an tríochadú craobh… craobh iománaíochta Contae Chorcaí, Corcaigh abú, rebels abú, up you rebels!

Is fada an turas é ó Fhidsí go Corcaigh agus ó Chorcaigh go Páirc an Chrócaigh. Is mór an onóir dom glacadh leis an gcorn ar son foireann iontach iománaíochta Chorcaí, agus bainistíocht na foirne agus ansin muintir dhílis Chorcaí a thugann sár-thacaíocht i gcónaí dúinn. Go raibh míle míle maith agaibh go léir.

Ar son mo ????, ba mhaith liom ár mbuíochas a chur in iúl don bhainisteoir
Séan Ó h-Ailín agus a chuid roghnóirí: Fred Sheehy, Ger Cunningham, Joe O’Leary, Patsy Morrissey. An fhoireann tacaíochta déanta suas le Seáinín McGrath, Damon Wallace, Dr. Con Murphy, Declan O’Sullivan, Chris O’Donovan, Deane Poy?? agus Jim McEvoy. Go raibh míle maith agaibh. An coiste Chontae Chorcaí, and our very proud sponsors O2, a thabharfadh?? sibh i mbliana agus a chabhraigh linn an craobh a bhuachan.

Mar focal scoir, ná déanaimis dearmad ar iománaithe na Gaillimhe. Tréaslaímid seo inniu. Bhí siad spórtúil, spioradúil, cróga agus bhí scileanna thar barr acu. Is cinnte go dtiocfaidh a lá go luath. Tabharfaimid trí gháir mholta dóibh: Hip hip, hip hip, hip hip.Go raibh míle maith agaibh go léir agus go dté sibh slán abhaile.
