Collage Blow-up & Framing

You might be able to help me out here. I do up quite a few collages from my sports pics (sample below). Where is the best place to get the collages bigger than 20 & 16 as well as getting a frame to suit. Thanks in advance for the help.

I've got a good bit of stuff printed from Photobox before and they do 30"x20" for €18.99 each if you were buying at least 5prints. - Linky.

Afraid I wouldn't know about frames, I'd guess you would probably have to get some made at that size.
