Lenovo R61i + 3G broadband

I bought new Lenovo R61i laptop and decided to connect it to some broadband.. So I found 3G pre-paid broadband and plugged it yesterday.

Was working pretty good but started to getting reaaaaally slow yesterday from 6-10pm. It's faster now but still far from the standards of cable-internet.

Wanted to ask is that possible that it's the fault of my computer or something? Or maybe it's how the 3 broadband works like. I still have 2 weeks to give it back and get return of money but don't know what to do..

I scanned my disc by Avast and still the same.

    That's normal.

It's called contention. Everybody wants to use broadband between 6 and 10, so it slows down for everybody trying to use it. All connections do it.

And 3g is naturally slower than cable itself.
