Two double rooms to rent in house in front of Beaumount hospital, would suite DCU student, collage is a 15 minute walk or quicker by car. Parking available on drive , House newly renovated , internet available and digital , washing machine and all the usual extra's. Rent is €400 per month and bills are shared , there will soon be a home gym available in the garage out the back which housemates are free to use.

I'm easygoing as long as rent is kept up to date , smoking is designated to one part of the house strictly not in the others. Available to move in Mid September if interested reply by PM.
