Can't add funds to paypal

    Hi,
    I'm trying to issue of refund of over 150 euro on paypal but at the moment I only have 100 in the paypal account.

    If I go to add funds on the control panel it says "PayPal does not currently offer the ability to add funds from your bank account. "

    How can I add funds with a credit card?

    You can't add funds with a credit card. Ring Paypal and ask them how do you proceed.

    Hmmm I rang there number and they have no options for adding funds with credit cards or bank accounts or anything similar.

    Might have to try ringing the wrong dept. tomorrow and see if there's anyone they can put me through to.

    You can't add funds to your account at all.

    If you go into the transaction itself you should have an option to refund it though, that will take the money in your account and should charge your credit card the rest.
