    Hi

I was down on the CAF list and have been told as per my contract I signed that I am not entitled to consider Decentralisation for 2 years.

Does anyone know when this came in and how enforced it is.

Would there be any chance of them possibly considering overlooking this?

    Thanks in advance.

they are very strict unfortunately and all new contracts state that you take up the position for 2 years. I have not heard of anyone been allowed move until their 2 years are up. If you are the relevant union see will they take it up for you but you would need a good reason like an extremly ill relative or that.
