Just posting this in case anybody's looking, I know there was before. There's a studio space available @ €1,100 per month at the moment. Not a bad spot, nice facilities parking canteen. Could be a nice little start up for some one. Outside city centre... Sound proofing and floating floors installed already. Could hold a 5…

I had a look but it would be spreading my business out too much the moment and we already have a premises.
