It's been out a good while and from what I've heard, it's fairly useless. It's singleshot only too and has all sorts of feed issues.

They're a direct replacement for V2 gearboxes but they've had no end of problems. Everything from double feeding to gas leaks. You have to use a special hop rubber with them and there's all kinds of other stipulations. They're also unreliable and inefficient so they produce little in the way of power above about 270fps. The original ones were semi only, and there was talk of there being a mod on the newer ones to allow full auto, but I don't know if it materialised. Madbull shelved the whole project ages back.

I'd say they'd only be any good for someone who wants a showpiece or display rifle.

Ok cool thanks lads. I expected it to be very good or very bad. Is there any uber tough/reliable AEGs coming out or already out? NOT PTW too much $$$;)

The revolution? Haven't heard much about them in a while, assume they are still on the way.

Edit: Just did a quick search, they were scheduled for release Summer 2008 originally, which later became End of Summer 2008.... and eh, well, it's September now?

Now they do look very good, something that lasts!
Id say redwolf will stock them they had an article a while back I think.

Yea, redwolf are official distributor I believe. I'll likely get one myself, but from what I've heard, they are going to be pricey. Wont be holding my breath though, but hopefully see them before the end of the year.
