    Hey,

Would someone be able to answer a few questions for me about the tourism marketing course. What are the hours like (how many per week on average, would lectures start at 9 every morning), and how frequent one would be expected to do presentation?

    Cheers.

My girlfriend is heading into 4th year in this course. I'll ask her.

From memory I know that they did a lot of presentations in 1st year but tbh that seems like the standard for lots of D.I.T. courses. I'm going into 4th yr Spatial Planning and I have actually lost count of the amount of times I have stood up in front of classmates/lecturers/faculty heads/City Councillors etc. But they start you off small so it becomes second nature very quickly.

If you have any other questions ask away.

heya im in 4th year now. Its around 18 hours a week. I cant remember how many 9s there are but not enough to p*** any1 off. Theres about 1 or two presentations asemesters a year nothing to fear. im a horrendous public speaker and wouldnt be a fan of it all and i havent been phased by them. If ur interested in tourism or travelling i would reccomend it. Great erasmus opportunites and work experience abroad
