Just wondering do many males on here exercise thier PC muscle? The muscle that controls urine and semen flow.Basically allowing you to go for longer during sex and if strong enough separating orgasm and ejaculation preventing loss of erection after orgasm as no ejaculation has occured.
Has anyone here tried or is at present doing these exercises?
    Have you seen any benefits?
Has anyone any recommendations of exercises or good sites for reference?

    Thanks

    Hi,

I have been exercising this muscle for around 4 years now and the effects are very noticeable: My organisms are much more intense now and I have multiple orgasms each time I masturbate. To exercise it, I just flex the muscle 10 times in a row at various times throughout the day. (To flex it, just make the same muscle-action that you would make if you were attempting to stop a stream or urine mid-flow).

    Lesbian sex secrets for men?
Is it me, or is that a strange title for a book?

It seems these kegal style workouts are becoming popular. Very interesting indeed.

Hmm, it doesn't seem that strange. It is what it says it is (i.e. - sex hints/tips from lesbian couples for men).

The PC muscle is also sometimes called the '8' muscle because it is in the shape of an '8'. What passes through the two holes of this 8 are - *ahemm* - the rectum and the ureter.

@KEVSTER-Are you able to have an orgasm and not ejaculate or lose your erection?

When you say flex, do you flex and hold for a certain period of time?then release etc.

How long was it before you found your muscle was strong enough to prevent ejaculation.

I have been doing it a bit now and find myself slightly more in control before ejaculation but as orgasm comes on it overcomes my ability to hold the PC.

    Heya dude,

Yeh, you flex it, hold it for around two or three seconds, relax it, and then repeat again for a repetition of 10 flexes. I also began noticing more control over my muscle and ejaculation shortly after I started flexing it (It appears to develop very quickly). Basically - yeh - I am now capable of preventing myself from ejaculating. This can, of course, mean that sex could potentially last longer (if only I was getting some ... ...:P).

It's well worth the effort though. If you do this for a few years like I have been doing, then your orgasms will be off the scale (like mine currently are).

    Kevin.

    practice it here too.

One things, start slow. Its a muscle and therefore subjected to being strained.

In adittion to kevsters method, you may also "pulse" the muscle briefly for one second intervals up to 30 times.

If you, at teh point or orgasm contract you can separate orgasm from ejaculation, combining that with the correct breathing, body relaxation *you can draw the sensations (or energy of you prefer) up from the base to crown and through the body (though you may have to open these centres first with adequate training..which is important).
This enables you to experience whole body orgasms and extended multiple orgasms.
Moreover with a partner who is receptive you can circle this around and through in positions like the yab yum which is the classic tantric position, where you move slowly and contract the pc rhythmically. If your partner has her (or his) PC contracting then you can expand your ecstatic potential immeasurably.

    * if you think what happens when you approach an ejculatory orgasm, your breath quickens and goes shorter, and your muscles tense.

How does it work during i/course?
When you are about to climax, do you stop, flex & hold until the climax feeling recedes and then start again. I have tried this and lost the erection without climaxing

It works as Mark described when approaching climax you tense the PC and control your breathing (deep relaxed breaths i.e. totally opposite to what would be normal). Its not something you will do right straight away and will take time to master. There is much more to it than just tensing the muscle. Best thing to do is go research some tantric books have a read, do the exercises and learn that way.

    Practice it during self pleasuring.

I generally do not stop for any apprecaiable time, i would continue going, but perhaps slow and keep sensations moving (for her as well, if i am hittng the G-spot i dont want to stop as she may be in the same ecstatic state). But i find the relaxation and breathing help to draw the sensations up

But occasionally the erection will go after prolonged periods (20 - 30 minutes). The fact you ahvent ejaculated means it will come back as there is no refractory phase.
You just move back to non penetrative lovemaking and then back again to penetrative should you desire.
In these instances, lovemaking really has no beginning or end as your are not focussed on end point, but the pleasure in the now.
