Need the frequency for a manual scan

    I am trying to set up a Lidl dish to my computer (Haup: HVR3000 card) and am having trouble (seems to hang) getting satellite channels scanned. I want to do a manual scan on a single channel - say CH 4 or BBC1 - and move the dish around in between scans.
    Can anyone direct me to the exact frequency numbers...
    frequency, s/rate and polarisation for a few common channels please?
