    So is it possible to get a second visa ?

    I heard if you didnt do the second year...and got a ramer to sign your form for regional work, you could get back...any truth to this?

    That makes no sense, "If you didn't do the second year" .. and you are asking can you get a 2nd visa? ... Please rephrase.

    The 2nd WHV is given out
    have completed three months of specified work in regional Australia while on your first Working Holiday visa (there is no requirement to do further specified work on the second visa)

    Where specified work is usually farm/harvesting work.
    Although now they are also giving it to people who have done labouring in regional parts too.

    If you are asking if there are illegal ways to obtain the visa, then don't bother here, as mods will close it down.
