    hey,i have a vw golf mk111 96,1.8 i was wondering is there anything i can do to make it a bit quicker or am i wasting my time?its a SOHC engine.

    u could start wit the basics by trying to sort the breathing on it performance air filter and full stainless steel exhuast
    an other way of making it quicker tat people some times over look is to lose weight back seats etc and make fit a nice polished cagein the rear in stead

    I'd recommend saving your money and buying a GTI or GT TDI.. at least with these you have decent power to begin with and can get a remap to give you an awful lot extra..

    is an induction kit the same as a performance filter?im totaly clueless about this kinda stuff...
