Capri before you go spouting off drawing your own conclusions on this you need to understand, appreciate and respect the judicial process that is in train. This matter has not been concluded. It is in the Ombudsman's office with a possibility that it will be referred to the DPP to decide if a criminal prosecution will ensue.

Any words or actions which could interfere with the fair administration of justice can amount to contempt of court.

I understand the OP probably has a chip with police and using this terrible accident as ammunition to get try get one up (which is a pretty disrespectful and lowly thing to do) but I was simply explaining to this individual and others who may think like it that the reason it's locked and can't be discussed/commented upon is because it's still under investigation and that cannot be prejudiced in any way.

You and I both know this, others might not. It's nothing to do with wanting to sweep it under the mat.
