Rub poo on the outside of it (over the tinfoil/cling film/lunch box) and hopefully nobody will touch it.

This is a very important question. If it was something too delicious, you've really only got yourself to blame. That's why I always take canned mackerel and hard tack.

This is the reason I started bringing dogsh*te sandwiches to work, putting them in the fridge, and then buying lunch out.
You don't get people stealing from you often, but when you do, they make a point of remembering not to do it again :D

    What a Facking Liberty!!

I'd have gone round all the usual suspects offfices and checked their bins then I'd have SHAMED them all over the department :D
Put a HUGE notice up on the lunch room door on Monday, include dates, contents of the lunch & a good old threat of what you will put on the next lot of sandwiches that are left in the fridge, state that they can have a choice of chicken with Domestos sauce au gratin, Ham with your salive all over it or tuna that has spent half an hour in the jax with the lid off!! state whoever took it better leave a fiver in the fridge in a sealed envelope with your name on it and keep your lunch in a cool bag in future.

    Revenge is sweet!

Follow a similar tack as you would when in a nightclub infested with tight fisted, pint robbing students i.e. piss in a pint glass and leave it on a counter and wait for one of them to rob it...........

    Wow, thats low.
So low in fact that it doesn't generally happen, even in the ****tiest of jobs.

I would question what you did for someone to hold such hatred for you.

    Was your name on it?

This is actually a pretty common occurrence in the states. It's almost expected tbh.

Canteen staff probably dumped them because you were not buying anything or ellse someone opened the fridge and smelt poo and did the right thing by removing them. :D

I know somebody who did that.
Some bloke he worked with was always nicking the milk from the fridge so he put brake fluid in the milk.
Apparantly the bloke who drank it hit the floor immediatly, had to be rushed to hospital and yer man who did itgot six months in jail.
