Sharkscope Question

Gonna try and play STTs exclusively and take them serious for a bit so thinking of investing in Sharkscope. If there's anyone out there that has a subscription maybe they can answer these couple of questions.

Whats the best package that they offer in terms of unlimited searches? Can you get a yearly subscription as opposed to the monthly efforts?

Are all searches IP based? I spend a lot of time away from home and will need searches when away for playing.

Anyone got the Sharkscope HUD display? If i play 4 x 9 seater STTs and the stats appear automatically, does this count as 32 searches? Some players will be at multiple tables so it seems like a waste?

Has anyone purchased any of the tutorial videos off Sharkscope and are they any use?

Any other useful SHARKSCOPE RELATED info appreciated. Cheers

    Tony

I pay the subscription, I think 41$ every 3 months with 150 searches max per day, which is plenty. The searches are username related, so you get your username and psw and can access the 150 searches/day from everywhere.

ZZR1100 says he can get it for $35.99 for 12 months and i think the site says something like $11.99 a month so not sure what the story is. I'm going to mail their support later and ask to see what the story is.

I *might* be thinking of sharing my subscription with someone so not sure if this is in the T&C. Got to check up later

$35.99 for 12 months is for 1000 searches/day PER MONTH, so I believe you will pay around 432$ for the year.........but why would you want 1000 searches/day?

Sure you can share...not sure you are suppose to, but you can. I think you can use both the same login at the same time also.

Oh right...i got conflustered with the $35.99

If you're 6-8 tabling 9 man STTs and using Sharkscope HUD, thats 54-72 searches. Over a 4 hour spell you'd be nearer 1k searches than 150

Dunno if this helps apologies in advance if this has already been said:

Once you have subscribed to the unlimited searches - you should download the Sharkscope HUD onto any PC (use same registered account to access them) and use it to 'launch' the poker site; this way you can get the HUD stats on the tables over each player without using the online search facility... you also have a mini HUD window open that offers more in-depth details (graphs etc) on each of the players, even after they've left the table.

I wouldnt be as big a user as Tony and I would really only use the online searches which I do use my quota of every day. So.. if he was using it one way with the HUD, would I be able to do searches??
and what about when we on the same IP?

I think you could still use the online access for searches if he was using the HUD - it doesn't require IP vertification as far as I can see... only a log-in username. Same as having your gmail account open on two PCs.

Once I had HUD up while playing on my laptop, I was bored monitoring programming stuff from home on the PC, I opened up the Sharkscope website on PC and did some searches... it worked fine.
