So, apart from the EP, any of you think they may play their own gig here before the end of the year. I see they will be playing a few UK dates amongst others..

There is a good chance of it I think.

There are a few EP bands now confirming their own gigs in Ireland on YM..Josh Ritter, Tindersticks, Joan as Policewoman...I wouldnt be surprised to see them playing themselves.

Seems to be the norm for bands these days...
Play one of the large irish festivals and then do two shows a few months later. Normally a solo show or a DJ set and then a full on proper show. I have a feeling it has a lot to do with the contracts Live Nation are setting up for bands these days. Wouldnt surprise me if Sigur Ros anounced a date for December.

Some lad on the EP forum said they are supporting Kraftwerk. Would be good if it were true.

Pity their new single is such a load of pish.
Take the vocals off it and it sounds like a Keane song. Jesus wept.
