Have an interview for this in 3 weeks time. anyone have one recently or in the past?? What they entail etc?? How long till you hear if your successful or not??

Judging by previous posts on this forum (search for Google) you'll be interviewed by loads of people, and you'll probably never hear from them if your interview doesn't go well.

Also judging by previous posts, you'll want to come across as nerdy as possible, e.g. you like wearing armour and using swords, that kind of thing.
