Does anyone know how much it costs exactly to box a Boss stomp pedal (ordinary size) and post it to:
    1. Ireland
    2. UK
    3. Europe
    4. USA

Also, the same with guitars, as i am intending to sell some gear now on ebay.
I would need the exact postal cost.
I know that the website has the list of tariffs, but i am not sure of the weight of the guitars.

I found that the best thing to do was package it up, bring it to the local post office to weigh and get quotes.

Don't exactly have time or transport for guitars.
The reason i asked was because i want to post the exact postage costs on the ebay page.

Nobody can tell you the weight of your guitar without knowing what guitar it is and how its packaged (hard/soft, single/double boxed etc).

Weigh it, or use google various guitars and estimate it. Its your ebay auction, do the work yourself

If ya have a weighing scales in your jacks, weigh yourself.
Grab a guitar and weigh yourself again.
Subtract the results and hey presto :pac::pac::p:D.

    ..................I'll get me coat

Depends where you're shipping to, also. I sold a 6 string bass to a fella in Hungary recently. Shopped around online and found shipping quotes ranging from €95 to €250. The €95 quote was from a small company who specialise in freight between Ireland and Hungary, who'd have guessed it, the more expensive quotes were from the main players, UPS, DHL, etc.
