The thread title gave the impression that a photography class had their own Limerick.
The thread itself doesn't support that line of thought.
Might be an opening for English classes down there.

Anyway, most of what you need to know can be found in online tutorials, such as the examples below.

    Example 1.
    Example 2.
    Example 3.

Yes, I should have spotted that since you can't write, you also can't read!
    Sorry for confusing you!

City do you really think that was necessary? Do you have something personal against this poster because a post like that is bordering on abusive.
After all the crap recently about people being negative on boards its posts like this that are the main problem..
As far as I remember a number of mods and seasoned posters have asked people to refrain from people correcting other posters English and generally being a smart ass. This isn't a place for people to preach and attempt some type of intellectual pissing contest.

    As regards the original poster
Limerick Senior College offer some courses which I think start soon
    http://www.limericksc.ie/eveningcourses.php?mode=course_list&parent_id=16&color_code=EB8AFD

Otherwise joining a camera club is a good bet.. Best of luck

    Hey Shep,

while i appreciate the sentiment i would just ask you to report posts that you have an issue with or to contact a Moderator. It's just makes things a lot easier and things get solved much quicker.

    Thanks.

Limerick Camera Club meets every Wednesday night at 8 p.m.at Mary Immaculate College, Room 206. The club resumes after a summer break on September 10th. Bandit, you would be very welcome. Apart from the normal club activities like talks, technique workshops, visiting speakers, competitions etc, there is a photography class which is held before the regular club meetings. The classes won't start for a couple of weeks after the club resumes, to give people a chance to sign up.

We have a website at http://www.limerickcameraclub.ie/ and a Flickr group at: http://www.flickr.com/groups/limerickcameraclub

I did the limerick senior college classes a couple of years ago. Very well worth doing considering the cost vs what you learn.

It always amazes me how people like Mr. Peadar O'Sullivan think because there behind a user name and computer screen they are anonymous and they can say what they like.

Thanks Shep I have been looking at the course in limerick senior, I think I might try out the camera club first ;)
