TSA approved locks for sale in Dublin airport?

Hello. A quick question - would there be a shop in Dublin airport that sells TSA approved luggage locks and would be open before 7am on Saturday? I would prefer to get the kind that have an indicator to tell if they were opened but that doesn't really matter.

On the airport website, I see that there is a pharmacy that opens at 5am and a book store that opens at 6am. I'd imagine that one of those or somewhere else in there would sell them but if it's not likely, then I'll try to get out somewhere on Thursday evening to get them.

    Thanks!

You might be better off getting them before hand just in case. Are you Dublin based?

Try Keymasters on Dorset st if you are.

As they can be opened by luggage handlers why bother putting them on? Luggage handlers are the only people who are going to see your bags when you can't.

Really defeats the point and draws attention to the luggage.

I imagine that bags go through many pairs of hands before arriving on the plane. Very few have the right to open locks so an unlocked case is screaming to be stolen from.

    U.S customs have sticky fingers.

U.S Customs don't go near baggage unless it has been flagged for contraband during a scan or dog search.

3 pairs from check in to plane, 3 pairs from plane to baggage claim. In the majority of airports pairs 2 and 3 will be the same person.
