Help...DVD Shrink not working for me!

    Hi,

    Basically i'm having a problem with DVD shrink, after I go through all the settings like choosing the quality settings etc etc. Then when i click 'OK' on the backup the little window comes up with the 'buffer rate', 'time remaining', '% complete' and all that stuff, nothing happens. The dvd makes a noise every 2 secs then stops but it just stays on 0% and nothing moves.....no 'time remaining' even comes up. Nothing. I've left it for a good few mins to no avail. Ive tried 2 dvd's now and still the same thing.
    Does anyone know what could be wrong?

    I'm running Vista and on the dvd shrink site it doesn't mention vista under its operating systems usable with the program....but surely if it wasnt compatible with vista it wudnt even install properly and i wudn't' be able to get this far right?

    Anyway thanks for your help if i can get this to work.
