I just truied to book flights from Berlin to Dublin and back in March 2009 and got the grand price of nothing. Seriously. 39€ taxes and handling fees, but that was it. Right up to the point where I was asked for my card details.

This being Ryanair, I got suspicious and abandoned the booking. But seriously. Am I relly looking at zero cost? Or missing something obvious?

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

if u booked through the ryanair web page and not a pop up there is no reason for it not to be legit.
We booked two flights to germany from Kerry and got them for E30!:D

They make money on Credit card fees, airports pay them to land, car hire, food on plane etc. Especially if you dont bother to turn up or are late ( which happens alot) they keep all the cash.

yeah thats probably right. I assume you got charged for baggage etc. We booked flights lately & it wasnt charging us baggage etc. so we started again & baggage charges etc. came up. Website seeemed a bit funny whatever nite we were booking. Our flights were only 10 euro each, no taxes etc. but by the time we added a bag, it was 40 euro which is still brill.:D

  • Yeah they've been doing that (0 EUR + taxes and charges) for years, I'm quite surprised you've never heard of it before tbh!

Never booked a flight that far in advance, to be honest!

    Thanks all for the input.

Hey, great to see there's more "Berliners" here.

I just book my flight (Berlin SXF - DUB) for Nov, cost per flight 0€, (10@ taxes & charges each way, 5€ booking fee each way - total cost 30€) not bad

Don't care what people say about Ryanair, if I can get home for 30€ return, who cares about frills
