    Depends what your really looking for.

    If you have HD movies, or movies encoded with h.264 or x.264 this will not be powerfull enough to play them / does not support them.

    It will only play MPEG2 and "MPEG4 Part 2" i.e. DivX and Xvid.

    I don't know what the quality of the remote control or the user interface is like, but I wouldn't expect too much in the department to be honest.

    I will be looking at mpg and avi films...

    Yeah thats what I was wondering about menu's and remote?

    Saw 2 reviews on Amazon.co.uk and seemed very good..
