There are 12 of us all single lads aged from 21 to 28 heading to Liverpool for the October Bank Holiday weekend and we are looking for some lively pubs and clubs to go to, would anyone have any suggestions please.

You will have a great time there.

Mathew Street would be a good starting point. its full of pubs and clubs. the Cavern etc is there.

    Other pubs would be

    Oneills Pub.
    RAT & Parrott
Yeates is good for a few games of pool and a match is you are severly hung over. found it good to get you through those first 3-4 curers.

there is another square I think its called popular square. kinda in the opposite direction of Mathew Street, but its great for a night out.

that should be enough to keep you intoxicated for the weekend.

Its Concert Square and it is at the opposite end of town to Matthew Steet but only a 5 min walk between the two.

Thats the one alright. & so is concert square as the other guy said. the funny thing we thought we would get all the girls with our accents. but nope, they're is plenty of irish accents over there to keep them entertained so better bring more then just your accent. some charm will help

The accent still works. Especially around Matthew Street in Flanagans and Rubber Soul! Its a well known hunting ground for Irish men!

ah yeh Rubber Soul is a good spot alright. I guess the best advice is to head to the streets and squares mentioned. and then from there. look for the most lively bars, clubs

Anyone know of this place The Vines in Liverpool. Has anyone ever stayed in their B&B before. I know its supposed to be a nice pub but just wondering what the B&B Part of it is like?
