Quick Question

I have often seen white vans around the country with no company markings on them, only a blue sticker with a white number on the back door and on the site. The sticker is not to big, only about 10 inches accross. The vans are always clean and although I see alot more of them in Dublin I have seen them around the country.

What company do they belong to? It's been bugging me for a while now.

Think it's NTL, but I could be wrong.

    They've come for our kids!

But a real quick question would be:

    Velocity?

I though it was BT for a while and was sure it was not NTL/UPC as I've seen branded NTL vans

    What a massive let down.

    Thanks though.

Lets just turn the thread into a Gordon Strachan quote thread then after all.

Reporter: Welcome to Southampton Football Club. Do you think you are the right man to turn things around?
Strachan: No. I was asked if I thought I was the right man for the job and I said, "No, I think they should have got George Graham because I'm useless."

They are contractors for NTL who are upgrading their network all across country at moment. Woke up one morning to a drill outside my bedroom window. Looked out to find a polish engineer on a ladder in hard hat etc drilling into outside wall of my room.

Simple solution, open window, push ladder away from building.

little confusion. but I think I got what he ment.

Few years ago a reported asked Gordon Strachan for a quick word, he said velocity and walked off.

    You've missed the point, methinks.

'Eh?' is a quick (short) question.
