    Hi Guys,

I'm coming a little unstuck on a small matter:

We are looking at putting a containerised 100kW biomass boiler (wood pellet) next to a building, but I cannot find where in the regs such matters are dealt with (i.e. Part J deals with Oil & Gas but not biomass, and even refers only to small boilers).

Basically, what I am looking for is the specific regulation requirements relating to required heights of flue's relative to proximity to a building.

Basically, the flue will be 4-5m horizontally away from the building. The building itself is about 7m high and the nearest opening window is at a height of about 5.5m, horizontally 4-5m away from the flue.

Many thanks for any pointers you can give.

    Regards,

    Matsil
