Here's an excellent program to reconfigure how FS shades water. It has many options to suit all tastes. I prefer a much darker tone that is a very convincing rendition of Irish waters IMO. http://www.fswaterconfigurator.com

the scenery is Ultimate Terrain X - Europe. Look it up it's very popular.
