Problem with TV

I have a prob with my 3yr old 28" CRT TV (Welltech brand, bought from LIDL). The picture disappears, usually a few minutes after the TV is switched on. Occasionally the picture will return before disappearing to black again. The audio usually remains but will often go as well some time after the picture. Any ideas what's…
