Foto.com - online printing

    If ever asked in the past I have recommended these guys as a potential supplier of online printing however have some news to report back with regards to their customer service should anything go wrong....

    they simply ignore requests!

    Up until my most recent order I found them extremely competitive, decent product and delivery time - an order I placed and tracked through their system was supposed to be delivered over 3 weeks ago. - I have tried over the course of the last 2 weeks to contact them by e-mail (as they do not provide a valid telephone number) and have simply been ignored.....I am pursuing a refund through paypal who I fortunately paid the goods for through.

    sods law it was a large order for a good customer of mine and I am having to re-order the goods elsewhere and potentially take a hit for the foto.com order if paypal don't refund me (approx €500 worth!)

    Placing larger orders and paying a premium on shipping it would make sense for them to get a signature on delivery however this is not the case and now they are burying their heads in the sand and thinking I will go away if they don't get back to me

    Bottom line if you get lucky you will get an excellent service at an excellent price point....if unlucky like me however you are pretty much screwed!

    after doing a google search with regards to the problem I have there are many others out there who have suffered the same fate - with foto.com not bothering to respond

    Just a warning for those who could be bothered to read this moaning post - beware and think twice before ordering from them !!!
