Water Resistant carry bag/backpack!!

Hi all, I want to buy a suitable bag to carry a small laptop and books when I'm cycling to and fro in the elements. Have been looking about on-line but finding something water resistant is not as easy as I hoped. Has anybody got any recommendations? Will consider all price ranges but about 50 euro would be sweet.

sorry you want waterproof not water resistant if you want really waterproof try this
