Water Resistant carry bag/backpack!!

    Hi all,

    I want to buy a suitable bag to carry a small laptop and books when I'm cycling to and fro in the elements. Have been looking about on-line but finding something water resistant is not as easy as I hoped. Has anybody got any recommendations? Will consider all price ranges but about 50 euro would be sweet.
