Chorus Billing

    Hi,
    I'm a student and was living in a student house. We signed up to chorus last October and my name was on the contract. We moved out of the house and went home in June but Chorus told us we would be charged 100EURO if we disconnected. I asked could I change the name on the bill to the name of someone who was living there for the summer and I was told all I had to was get her name and number and signature and then they would contact her. I did that but they never contacted her and my name is on the bill plus they haven’t paid the entire bill. I will not be moving back into this house and don’t know what to do. I don’t know what to do? Is there anyway I could avoid paying what is owed and then disconnect in October when the year is up? help plz
