    Hi all,

Ireland's only BJJ black belt, SBGi Europe Director and SBGi BJJ Technical Director (think that's the official title anyway!) John Kavanagh will be paying a visit to K.O. Martial Arts on Saturday 6th September. The seminar will cover Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fundamentals and will be suitable for beginners and intermediates. I've been to a good few seminars over the years with some "big names" and some smaller ones but myself and my students always get the most out of John's workshops which is why we get him back again and again and we're never dissappointed.

As usual, I keep a space or two for non-members of our gym so if you're interested in attending, give me a ring or drop me a mail or pm. As always, first come first served! I limit the numbers in every seminar I hold so that everyone gets good attention. the cost to non-members is €35 for the 3 hours and €30 to KO members.

I think I might be able to make this one Barry. I'll confirm / deny later in the week when things settle.

    That would be excellent.
