    SEAMA Academy will be holding an Foundation/Intermediate level Kettlebell course with Jason Kelly on Sat/Sun September 20th/21st in Galway. Anyone interested ie both first timers or people that have already done the foundation course can contact either Jason sales3kings@gogglemail.com or myself longfist@eircom.net. Places will be limited.

    Same day as Tribal Warfare, but it shouldn't clash for those that aren't fighting. If you send me a poster Dave, I will stick it up in the gym.

    I'd like to do some of these sometime but I'm due to be fighting on Mark's show that night. Any idea when the next one will be after this one?

    Oi amigos

    Just back from Latvia again watching and learning more about the sport of Girevoy ( kettlebells ) More than willing to help any one get a foundation in the sport.

    Will be sticking up a few videos soon,of a young lad do'en power jugglen with a 32kg....trowen it over 20ft,with several spins and catchen it and that was just a bit of craic to him.

    Its now in the World Games and was asked to go to Busan in S.Korea for a comp but want to focus on building up an international show in Ireland,hopefully for April next year and then an Irish team for August 2009

    So I'll be at Daves in Galway and also a Dublin course at my amigos WildGeese Gym.Soon talk soon..........all the best...J
