Page refresh on boards?

    hi gang quick help needed,
    When i post a message on boards and then go back to the forum main page nothing auto refreshes and i have to keep hitting the refresh button.... On my wifes laptop and the pc in work things update themselves...

    Im using IE7 and Vista home...

    its bugging me...

    Ok Looks like I've sorted this.... For some reason cookies were not being replaced and old pages kept being shown... Thx . jim ur brill btw...
