AMX AXCENT3 AXCESS remote control

i have an AMX AXCENT3 remote control system. I dont have the software to program it :( , the software im looking for is Open Axcess and Dos Tools. i cant download it off the website because i dont have a customer ID but if anyone has it i would be most greatful for a copy
