    Does anyone know how you go about getting a job signing up freshers to bank accounts? do u apply to the college branch/the bank group or to an agency?

    Its usually in-house applications and nepotism that gets the recruitment process done.

    Yep, something along those lines. When I worked for Bank of Ireland they advertised the jobs on InSite (BOI Intranet)! Usually around August eash year. They also looked for mentors for the BOI Millennium Scholar through NCI.
