DLRCoCo Electrics

Has anyone else been dealing with DLRCoCo and their fascination with changing all the electrics in Council houses? I actually wouldn't mind them being done, but the way the Council is going about it absolutely horrendous.

    1. No independent surveyor to say whether or not the electrics actually need doing

    2. No electricians with experience - all young lads that ae unable to answer proper questions

    3. No mention of what is going to happen for houses that will require repair work afterwards (baring in mind floorboards will need tearing up, wall paper torn, etc.)

    4. Could this possibly be a total waste of taxpayers money in an attempt to prop up the contruction industry (see point 1 above to verify this theory).
